Why doesnt it trigger the automation

I’ve made a family group.
And in the logs i can see it functions correctly and gets set to away from home.
But my automation doesnt seem to trigger…
Any help would be much appreciated.

I would like it trigger when we’ve both left home, dont care where we are…
