I have installed 5 of these wall switches: Wandschalter Smart Home Zigbee 3.0 On/Off/Dimm Weiß
They all worked fine for at least a year. Suddenly one of them stopped working and I can’t get it to function. I have repaired it several times with ZHA, but nothing happens when I press a button. Also, there’s nothing in the events section of the developer tools when I listen to zha_events and press a button. However, it seems to be connected to ZHA because when I click “identify” in the diagnostics tab, the LED on the switch blinks slowly.
So I don’t really know what to do. The last change I made was to enable source routing, the switch stopped working around that time, but I don’t know if there’s a connection or if it’s just a coincidence.
One thing separates this switch from all the others I have. The manufacturer’s name is “Paulmann LichtGmbH”, whereas the other 4 switches say “Paulmann Licht GmbH”. This seems to be an issue the older models have, and I have been using a custom quirk because of this. But now I have found out that this has been resolved, so I thought maybe the quirk was causing this problem, deleted it and restarted Home Assistant. But still nothing, no change at all.
I’m out of ideas at the moment. Maybe someone has an idea of what I could try.
