I have a TRADFRI Driver 30W from IKEA… associated with ZHA with Cobee II. The problem is that when the power goes out and comes back… the lights turn on by themselves. In the settings, the shutdown is set as the behavior at startup but this does not happen.
With Philips HUE lamps this does not happen… and they remember the shutdown at startup without problems.
I think the device software is up to date… or at least that’s what Homeassistant reports.
