I apologize if my topic has been discussed in an earlier post. If so, please direct me to the appropriate resource.
As for HA, I am a novice user. I have recently installed a new HA-Green device and a SkyConnect Zigbee stick. However, I am encountering difficulties in integrating the SkyConnect into ZHA. There appears to be a firmware issue as well.

In my HA’s “Configured” list, the SkyConnect is correctly listed as “Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1.”

Clicking on the SkyConnect will take me to its details page. When I continue to “configure” and select “Zigbee,” I receive the following message: The radio firmware on your Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1 could not be determined. Please ensure that no other integration or add-on is currently attempting to communicate with the device. If you are running Home Assistant OS in a virtual machine or Docker, please verify that device permissions are set appropriately.

Given that this is a relatively recent HA installation, my add-ons are limited to File Editor, HACS, Google Drive Backup, RaspberryMatic CCU, and Terminal. My Integrations are also restricted to a few: Philips Hue, Mobile App, HACS, and a few others. I doubt any of these add-ons will conflict with my ZBT-1.

An attempt to install ZHA will result in a “Failed to connect” message, despite the correct path to the stick.

I have updated the SkyConnect’s firmware using the website https://connectzbt1.home-assistant.io/firmware-update/, but the situation remains unchanged.

I am running firmware 7.4.4.1 although there is also an EmberZNet Zigbee 7.4.4.0 mentioned.
I have dedicated several days to resolving this issue and now seek assistance from anyone who may be able to provide guidance. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
