Z-Wave certain round trips are really long for one node

Any advice as to where I should trouble shoot? It seems that it is my Dimmers that mess it up, since switches and smart plugs trigger faster. I tried earlier today to reset the network completely (disconnect all devices one by one, reset z-stick to factory settings, stopp HA and delete files before setting it up from scratch). Still the same issues.
