State triggered every hour although unchanged

Although theres no power consumption the whole day, the state triggers every full hour.

I understand that the plug sends a status update each hour, but why does the trigger run if the state doesn’t change? Is there a way to prevent the trigger if it “changes” from “0.0” to “0.0”?
