Ghost Entity IDs in HA

I confirmed the devices are gone from ST, and the old ST entity IDs aren’t in my entity panel/ list in HA.

But something seems “stuck” about the old entity IDs. When I try to reuse the old IDs, HA thinks they’re still registered. This is after several restarts of HA.
