Resize cards

I’m trying to make a set of vertical and horizontal stacks like the example below. Some have 4 entities per row, others have 3 or 2. How can I ensure the entities in the 3rd row have the same size and aligned to the first 3 entities of row 1 & 2? Is there e.g. a way to add a blank entity?
