On my pretty much standard hassio install I have movement sensors showing a round ring. If they sense change then their is a check mark (tick) placed in a coloured circle to indicate movement.
I want to change this to a standing and running man with colour from green (standing) to red (running).
I have changed some icons for specific entitites through the customizations page with mdi: but I want to know can I change all movement sensors/icons with a single piece of work or do you need to manually customize each entity.
