Warm tips:
Please check if the smart LED bulb has any abnormal noise, damage, fracture or other problems during the transportation process. If there is any damage, please contact the manufacturer at once. If the device is intact, please power on the bulb, and check whether the smart LED bulb is at the default factory mode, which means colors of this bulb when it is powered on will be changing by this order: red→green→blue→white→normal color.
Note: If the smart LED bulb is not at the default factory mode (i.e., red→green→blue→white→normal color), please power on the smart LED bulb three times, repeatedly, it will set the bulb to factory mode.
