Sensors not available after restart

But:Sometimes if I restart HA some components are not available. Sometimes it is a power plug, sometimes a smoke detector or sometimes it is the dishwasher.
In such a case this component could not be (i think) initialized or connected during the startup of HA. Then this component is forever unavailable. After a restart everything works.

I guess, It could be my ugly router. I will it replace next year.

My questions:

1. Does somebody has the same issues?
2. Is my assumption correct, that my router is the problem?
3. Is there a better way than restart HA again? Like a system command from HA to reinitialize a sensor?
