Remote UI configuration returns after being purposely disabled

remote ui showing ‘unavailable’ which means it hasn’t connected yet, and is still trying to do so. Taking precious resources…doing:

Can’t we en/disable the complete remote control logic, and will HA always try to prepare Remote access, even when disabled, or would this be a bug?
