How to setup message sending to samsung tv

Hello all,

I have a samsung tv model UA43RU7100KXXA.

The tv was automatically picked up by HA.

How can I configure HA to send message to the tv within integrations?

I have seen on a tutorial that the action is a service call to the tv but i do not see a notify option. Is there something else i need to setup like i had to do to turn on the tv.

This i did with following code
