Notification system (Discution)

This is what i thought so far :

1. I want diferent level of notifications ( ex: info, warning, improtant etc… )
2. I want that depend on the type of notification ( and may be some other condition ) that my notification is either send to my google home, my phone, or show on my different wall mount tab, smart mirror ( may be even on the tv )
3. On my wall mount tab i want 2 style of Notification : first a notification card (something like hey don’t forget to your mom birthday) and i want temporary pop up alert ( for thing like : your wife is home ! )
4. On my wall tab i want to access a logbook off the notification of the day ( may be a more info off my notification card or something… )

What do you thinks of it ? Does someone allready done something similar?
