Valid yml but receive schema invalid warning on VS Code

Hi,

I’m trying to add the availability_template to my MQTT Light config.

VS Code shows me it is invalid:

But If I save the file and check the config through the UI, it says it is OK.

Am I doing something wrong? Or should I update the schema somewhere?
