Integration discovery is not supported message

I did not want to revive an old thread, so started a new one.

The log file shows:
WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.mqtt.discovery] Integration discovery is not supported

While it is the case that I have enabled MQTT discovery in configuration.yaml, it is because I believe it is needed by several Zigbee devices going through Zigbee-to-MQTT bridges.

Is there a way to retain that functionality yet not have this warning?
