Teegram_bot config problem driving me nuts

Here’s my exact entries in configuration.yaml

  - platform: telegram
    name: telegram
    chat_id: xxxxx
telegram_bot:
  platform: webhooks
  api_key: xxxxx
  allowed_chat_ids:
    - xxxxx    

Any ideas? I have the iOS app working with a BotFather created bot.
