Zwave disappeared, how to add it back

zwave:

or
usb_path: /dev/serial/by-id/usb-0658_0200-xxx

but now both do not work

In my hardware info I have under serial

/dev/ttyS0
/dev/ttyS1
/dev/ttyS2
/dev/ttyS3
/dev/ttyS4

but which one is it, or do I have to go by luck and restart HASSIO 1 to 4 times to get it right? Tried S0 and S1, but its not, at least its not populated after adding, or for each try do I have to wait some times to see if it populates???
