I have several Orvibo Mixpad D1 switches that are managed by Home Assistant via Matter. Recently I’ve been having intermitent issues managing them though. In Home Assistant the entities are unavailable and there’s a warning/error meessage “This entity is no longer being provided by the matter integration. If the entity is no longer in use, delete it in settings.”.
I have validated that they are still online and I can manage them using Alexa or the Orvibo app. No amount of reboots to Home Assistant or the Matter service has made a difference.
Does anyone have any idea why these switches all of a sudden stopped working or what I could try to troubleshoot further?
