Hide top part of the shopping list Integration on the Dashboard

Hi,

I use the HA shopping list as a To Do List and all new entries are automatically added throughout automations to the shopping list and then checked by hand when done. Thus, I don’t need the red marked area of the integration and want to hide it. Is there any way to do this?
