Misconfigured lovelace tab - cannot open, cannot delete

I created a tab where I wanted to open a website. I, however misunderstood the config, and into the config of my lovelace tab, I put the URL of the webpage. Now when I click this tab, HA cannot open it and jumps back to the default tab. But like this, I cannot delete this tab, because I cannot open it for editing. Is there any other way to delete a tab from my Lovelace?
