I recently switched my PowerCalc configuration from manual YAML setup in configuration.yaml to the GUI-based configuration with Autodiscover. While everything worked perfectly with the manual YAML setup, I’m now facing issues with the sensors for almost all detected devices.
To give a specific example, I have a Shelly 3EM in my home installation, which shows a current power consumption of around 350W on all three phases. However, the PowerCalc sensor created via the GUI configuration shows just 1W on the “energy-sensor”.
I’m clearly making a significant mistake somewhere, but I can’t figure out what it is.
I’ve attached a screenshot of my global PowerCalc configuration for reference. Also, I have no problem with deleting everything and starting from scratch since it hasn’t recorded any meaningful data yet.
Has anyone experienced similar issues or have any advice on what might be going wrong?
