Broadlink rm 3 mini works ok only once

This is what i have in my config:

The RM Mini 3 works fine with the IHC app and Broadlink Manager.

If I reset the power, it works OK but only once:
That is:
Power off
Power on
broadlink. service (learn or send) works but only one message

I am running ha 0.104.3 in a RPI3
Could someone help me??
